Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.
  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
  • Meeting annual sales goals and targets.
  • Attending user group meetings and trade exhibitions.
  • Maintaining the company's contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
  • Delivering platform presentations, publications, posters at conferences.
  • Producing monthly sales reports
  • Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
  • Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company.
  • Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.
  • Motivating all sales staff to share relevant data about the market in facilitating the ease of retrieval, recording, and use of information.
  • Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.
  • Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mass Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related services
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations
  • Maintain and support company's LAN/WAN environment
  • Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administratio
  • Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration

Requirements:

  • Basic hands-on experience implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Windows Server environment:
    • Firewalls
    • Cisco, HP, and Dell network switches
    • Routers
    • VPN
    • Wireless Access Points
    • HP, Dell server platforms
    • Windows Server Active Directory
    • Desktop and laptop installation and problem resolution
  • Previous responsibility for providing customer support is an added advantage
  • Demonstrable level of competence including:
    • A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
    • A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
    • Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities
    • Troubleshooting focused on determining hardware vs. software, hardware vs. firmware, software vs. operating system, network vs. application/systems, and patterned vs. non-repeatable problems
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer presentation skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
